Exercise: Identify your top 5 values

1. Review the list: Look through the examples above and note any that resonate deeply with you.

2. Narrow it down: Choose 10-15 values that feel essential to who you are.

3. Select the Top 5: If you had to give up all but five, which would remain? These are your core values.

4. Define them: Write one sentence for each value explaining what it means to you personally.
